The new sublease expires in November 2015 at a commencing rent of £80,000 per annum.
The accommodation is arranged on ground floor and basement providing 1,980 ft2 ground floor sales plus 750ft2 basement storage.

Vinegar Hill's have four shops and are already trading in the region in Bath and Cheltenham offering its customers a lifestyle emporium.

Western Retail and King Sturge represented The Co Operative Group and GCW represented Vinegar Hill in the transaction.
