DTZ - Manchester, Arndale Centre
Date: 02 Oct 2009
It's all Go at Manchester Arndale.
Go Fast Fresh Food Company, advised by DTZ, has acquired space at Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre from joint landlords PRUPIM and CSC.
The local company from Manchester has opened a new restaurant comprising 390 sq ft with an additional 390 sq ft of outdoor seating on a 10 year lease at a rent of £50,000 per annum.
Established in 2007 Go has created a completely new eating experience by providing customers with a freshly made pizza in under 60 seconds. The Manchester Arndale restaurant is the third Go restaurant to open, following on from the success of restaurants in Liverpool Airport and Piccadilly Plaza. The fourth Go, to be airside in Liverpool Airport, is set to open shortly. Go are keen to expand further and will consider high street locations in major cities, regional shopping centres and major transport hubs.
Tom Prescott, retail surveyor at DTZ comments: "The introduction of Go to Manchester Arndale is great news for an expanding local business, the shopping centre's diverse food offer and most of all the shoppers."
The landlords were represented by joint agents Tushingham Moore and Lunson Mitchenall.
