Savills' October auction catalogue released.


Savills Commercial has released its sales catalogue in preparation for its October auction. The sale will take place in The Ballroom at Claridge's Hotel, London, W1 on Monday 12th October 2009 at 2:30pm.

The catalogue consists of 20 lots, with guide prices ranging from £5,000 to £2.6 m and totalling in excess of £9.38 million.

Simon Parker, head of commercial auctions at Savills, comments: "While the debt market remains constrained and the supply/demand imbalance for quality properties continues in the commercial auction market, there are still good opportunities for equity rich entrepreneurial investors looking to take advantage of the hardening yields on prime properties. One sector in particular that is generating good interest from investors is healthcare, as these properties are now offering greater returns than pure residential lots
