Marketing company relocate to The Showground, Bridgwater.

On behalf of a private landlord, property consultants Alder King and Cluff Commercial have let Unit 4, The Festival Units at The Showground in Bridgwater to a professional mailshot company.

Mail a Doc Ltd took the 5,000 sq ft unit on a new ten year lease, at a rental of £25,000 per annum. The unit is a modern production / warehouse unit with 15 car parking spaces at the Festival Units development on The Showground Business Park, located just off Junction 24 of the M5 motorway.

Mail a Doc is a local company who specialise in direct mail shots on behalf of individuals and companies. Mail a Doc has just launched a new hybrid mail solution for companies to enable them to save costs in the office environment.
