9 November 2009 - Acting on behalf of CPC Ltd, commercial property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), and Gerald Eve, have completed the letting of Unit A2 Ashmount Trade Park, Upper Fforest Way, Enterprise Park in Swansea. The 5,565 sq ft unit was let to Lakeside Window Systems Ltd for a term of five years, at a rent of £23,000 per annum.

Lakeside Window Systems is family business, run by Directors Phill Nichols and Helen Mohan, which manufactures and supplies windows, doors and conservatories to the trade. Commenting on the move, Phill said: "Our business has gone from strength to strength and moving to Ashmount Trade Park facilitated our expansion plans while allowing us to continue operating in the same area. The move was crucial to our ongoing business strategy offering us more options to diversify, moving the company forward to where we hope to be in the next five years."

Jason Thorne, Head of Industrial at the Swansea office of LSH commented: "Ashmount Trade Park is one of the most prominent and modern trade centre/industrial estates in Swansea's Enterprise Park. The letting represented £4.13 per sq ft, which shows the willingness of companies to pay good level rents for quality, well located buildings."
