On behalf of landlord Thistle Property Holding Company Ltd, Ryden has leased the 4th floor of 116 Dundas Street, Edinburgh to Network Research and Marketing Limited.

The market research company has taken the 2,545 sq ft (236 sq m) unit together with one car parking space on a five year FRI lease with a break option at year three. The rent agreed was £14.75 per sq ft.

Gary Bell of Ryden commented: "Small open-plan office suites continue to be the city's most active market and landlords who are offering flexible and competitive packages continue to reap the rewards."

Network Research and Marketing Limited was unrepresented in the deal.
