Charlotte's Place restaurant to open second site in Chiswick, London.

Acting on behalf of the award winning French bistro operation Charlotte's Place from Ealing, Shelley
Sandzer have acquired the former Fishworks at 6 Turnham Green Terrace, Chiswick, W4 1QP.

The restaurant which will open in January 2010 and will trade as Charlotte's Bistro and will be an
informal bistro serving top quality food at affordable prices. The site has been completely refurbished
and extended into the rear courtyard and will afford approximately 56 covers. A new 20 year FRI
lease was signed at a stepped rental equating to £52,500 pax.
