Acting on behalf of a private property company, Shelley Sandzer have let 6 Poland Street, London
W1 which was formally The Cattle Grid to Kilofold Ltd, the operators of The Fledgling bar Barrio
North on Essex Road, Islington, N1.

Kilofold has taken a New 20 year Full Repairing and Insuring Lease at an average rent of £87,400
per annum, a 4 month rent free period was handed to the tenant.

The total floor area is 1,800 sq ft.
