i2 Office appoints former Stonemartin MD as chairman.
i2 Office, the UK's most technology-savvy serviced office operator, has appointed Colin Peacock as its new chairman. Peacock, who founded serviced office operator Stonemartin Corporate Centres in 1999 and then
left the company in advance of its sale to Regus in 2008, will now take on the newly created role with effect from January 11, 2010. He joins CEO
and i2 Office founder Philip Grace on the company's board of directors.
Philip Grace commented: "I am thrilled that Colin has joined i2 Office at this early stage in the company's development, bringing a wealth of industry expertise and knowledge. Colin's experience and achievements in
the serviced office sector span more than 20 years and i2 Office will benefit enormously from his skills, industry insight and energy on every level. We are delighted to welcome him on board."
Colin Peacock added: "I have always believed in the serviced office model and the need for quality office space in prime locations available on flexible terms. I see i2 Office as a new breed of operator, one that

Peacock, who is a Fellow of the RICS, will focus on developing the company's long-term strategy and expansion plans, working with investors, landlords and developers to identify new opportunities. He joins i2
Office with almost 40 years' experience in the property sector in the UK and the USA. Currently also Chairman of commercial developer Stonemartin Properties Ltd which he founded in 1997, Peacock's experience in the
commercial property sector includes: partner of Weatherall Green and Smith, main board Director of Speyhawk plc, Higgs and Hill PLC and Managing Director of Swan Hill Developments Limited.
