Ernst & Young has sub-let its first floor offices at Queens Gate, Queens Terrace, Southampton to Ineos Plc.

Ineos Plc, a chemical manufacturing company, has signed a three year sublease for the 317.7 sqm (3,420 sqft) of office space at a rent of £38,000 pa.

Ineos Plc intends to use the property for its UK headquarters.

Vail Williams advised Ernst & Young and Ineos Plc represented themselves.
