Côte grab 11th site in Parsons Green, London.

Côte Restaurants Ltd have acquired their 11th unit having taken a new lease on the Establishment Bar and Restaurant in Parsons Green Lane, London SW6.

The landlord, Punch Taverns took a surrender of Rising Star Leisure's leasehold interest and simultaneously completed a letting to Côte on the whole building totaling approximately 6,000 sq ft. A new 25 year Full Repairing and Insuring Lease was agreed at a rent of £123,000 per annum exclusive.
