Assignment of leasehold interest of Puzzle Pub.

Acting on behalf of the administrators of The Food & Drink Group Plc, BDO Stoy Hayward, Shelley Sandzer have successfully assigned the leasehold interest of Puzzle Pub at 51 Horseferry Road London SW1 to Moonshine Bars Ltd which is the new trading company of Tom Gill and his son Robbie, the former owners of Puzzle Pub Co.

The lease which expired 18th December 2018 at a passing rent of £82,000 pa was assigned for a premium of £50,000.

The assignor BDO was represented by Shelley Sandzer, the assignee Moonshine Bars Ltd was represented by DCL.
