Warehouse with office sold out of Administration.

Acting on behalf of KPMG Restructuring, in the matter of Omega Wolf Ltd in Administration, Savills Nottingham office have completed the sale of Interex House, Prospect Close, Lowmoor Business Park, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Following the appointment of Administrators last autumn, the property was brought to the market on a freehold basis. The property comprises a single storey warehouse facility with extensive offices to the rear, extending to 3,088 sq m (33,244 sq ft). The existing facility has a large yard and car parking, together with landscaped grounds extending in total to 1.56 hectares (3.858 acres).

Ian Muxlow, Director of Savills Nottingham office comments: "Following the launch of the marketing, we quickly secured interest from a local company who were seeking premises to facilitate the expansion of their growing business. The purchasers, Brightwake Ltd are already situated on the Lowmoor Business Park and had recently acquired further neighbouring industrial premises as part of their planned expansion plans. Brightwake is a private limited liability company founded in 1979 who specialise in the manufacture of medical products; plus the packaging of sterile and non sterile products.

We have commenced some improvement works to the property and look forward to taking occupation very shortly."

The sale was concluded on the basis of an agreed sale price of £850,000 for the freehold interest.
