Medical Centre sold for £5.5 million.

Leading property consultant GVA Grimley has acted on behalf of Primary Health Properties PLC in the purchase of the Anchor Meadow Medical Centre, in Aldridge, West Midlands, for a total cost of £5.5m.

The 1,300sq m medical centre is let for occupation by two GP practices, a primary care trust, a pharmacy, a dentist and other health services and was sold by Anchor Meadow Ltd.

Colliers CRE represented the vendor.
