For landlord Industrious, Ryden let two industrial units at Mill Street West, Dewsbury. Unit 3F, measuring 495 sq ft, was let to new start up company PP-wholesale at £3,300 per annum on a three-year FRI lease with
an 18-month break.

Bed Kingdom signed a one and a half-year FRI lease on Unit 3J, extending 1,496 sq ft, at £2,408 per annum.
