Opus North buys 4-acre development site in Cheshire for £3 million.

Opus North, one of the leading property development and investment companies in the north of England, has bought a prime development site in Runcorn, Cheshire, for £3 million.

The Ilkley-based company bought the 4-acre site in West Lane, which is opposite Halton Lea shopping centre in the heart of Runcorn, from a private investor.

The site, which comprises a two-storey office building called Vestric House, was occupied by AAH Pharmaceuticals of Coventry. AAH has surrendered its 13-year lease on the 25,000 sq ft building.
