New North East office for surveyors Altus Edwin Hill.

Lingfield House has become the North East base for national chartered surveyors Altus Edwin Hill.

The company, which offers a specialist business rates consultancy to both occupiers and owners, already operates from eight offices nationwide. Its northern office, in Manchester, already has a strong client base across the North East and the opening of a new regional office was a natural progression for the company.

The office will be led day to day by Associate Vice-President Jonny Weastell and will employ five staff, creating four new jobs. The new venture will be overseen by London Vice-President Graham Senior.
