Shop letting in Rugby.

Shakeway has acquired a new store at 7 Market Mall, Clocktowers Shopping Centre, Rugby.

It offers ground floor sales of 544 sq.ft. together with first floor ancillary of 390 sq.ft. and has been acquired on the basis of a new ten year lease subject to an upward only rent review at the end of the fifth year at a commencing rental of £37,500 p.a. excl.

In addition, there was a tenant only option to determine effective at the end of the fifth year. ShakeAway also received a rent free period of four and a half months.

ShakeAway Ltd were advised by Smith Price LLP, whilst the landlord, ING, was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
