Hatrick of retail deal successes for Herbal Inn.

Herbal Inn, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has recently taken three new units in Lakeside, Enfield and Hastings.

The retailer of natural and herbal products has taken a store at Lakeside Shopping Centre in West Thurrock from CSC Lakeside Ltd. A 10-year lease was agreed at an annual rent of £62,500 on the unit totaling 527 sq ft (49 sq m).

Herbal Inn has also leased Unit 3 at Palace Exchange in Enfield from Gavlin Limited. A 10-year lease on 741 sq ft (68 sq m) was agreed at £55,000 per annum.

Lastly, Herbal Inn has taken a store at Priory Meadow Shopping Centre in Hastings, from Priory Meadow (Hastings) Ltd. A five-year lease was agreed at an annual rent of £22,500. The unit totals 620 sq ft (58 sq m).
