Crafty new letting at Queens Retail Park, Stafford.

British Land on behalf of the Hercules Unit Trust, represented by international real estate advisor Savills and Wilkinson Williams, has let Unit 4b at Queens Retail Park, Stafford to Hobbycraft.

The arts and craft retailer has taken a unit totalling 9,960 sq ft (927 sq m). Hobbycraft will pay £199,200 per annum on a new 15-year lease.

Dominic Rodbourne, director at Savills, comments: "The refurbishment of Queens Retail Park attracted huge tenant demand and led to a diverse mix of retailers acquiring units over the past 18 months. We have completed nine lettings to Next, New Look, Peacocks, Mothercare, Next Home, Boots, Brantano, Carpetright and most recently Hobbycraft."

Hobbycraft was unrepresented.
