Recently completed town centre development The Parkway in Livingston has secured its fourth tenant.

Chicken Cottage has taken a 1,000sqft unit at a rental of £20,000 per annum and this deal is hot on the heels of recent lettings to Direct Flooring, Sayegh Orthodontics and Marinis.

Spokesman Grant Aitken said 'a fifth unit is also under offer leaving only two units available to let and we are confident of securing tenants for these and achieving full occupation in early course'.
