Chartis (formerly AIG), is taking office space in new Clarion office development in Glasgow, rent £210,725 pa.

Chartis UK Limited (formerly AIG) has been signed up as the first tenant at the new office development, Clarion, at 29 Wellington Street, Glasgow, within only two months of the building's practical completion.

Chartis, a leading global player in the Insurance and Financial Services sector, is taking 8,209 sq ft on the fourth floor on a 10-year lease at £210,725 pa.
