£3 million renovation project for Sunlight House at Spinningfields, Manchester.

National practice DLG Architects has completed a £3 million renovation project for Sunlight House at Spinningfields, Manchester's new commercial district on behalf of its client, APIA Regional Office Fund (General Partner) Limited. The Grade II listed building was designed by famous local architect, Joseph Sunlight and on completion in 1932 was the tallest building in the north.

A 14 storey mixed use building, Sunlight House comprises mainly of office accommodation with a bar and gym on the ground floor. DLG undertook comprehensive refurbishment which included the redesign of two entrance foyers and stair cores, landings, public areas, toilets and common areas.
