Newcastle office let at £17.50 per sq ft.

RO Properties has recently completed a new letting at Dean Court, its office building on 22 Dean Street, Newcastle. It is one of the few commercial property deals to have recently been completed in central Newcastle.

The law firm Quantum Law LLP has taken 2,061 sq ft on the third floor on a five year lease at a rent of £17.50 per sq ft.

RO Properties was advised by Naylors and GVA Lamb & Edge while Quantum Law LLP acted for itself.
