Jamie's Bars take a unit in the City of London.

Kornicis Group Limited has acquired the former Lowlander Grand Café on Creechurch Lane, London EC3 from the administrators MCR. An assignment of the leasehold
interest expiring 9th August 2033 at a passing rent of £135,000 per annum exclusive was completed at Nil Premium.

The landlord, The Creechurch Partnership welcomed the Kornicis deal. Lowlander Grand Café continue to trade from Drury Lane, Covent Garden and Kornicis Group who
purchased the vast amount of Jamie's Bars from The Food & Drink Group Limited whilst in administration in 2008, now trade from 20 units.
