Nike have secured a new store in Covent Garden.

The owner of the building, asked Thomas Davidson to advise on the retail element of the building. A surrender was negotiated with the existing tenant, and following the generation of a number of strong offers for the space Nike were selected as the new tenant.

The site totaled 5,114 sq ft over two floor was let on a new 10 year effective FR&I lease, subject to an upward only rent review in the fifth year at a rent that averages £546,250 per annum exclusive with no rent free.
