FISPAM (Friends Ivory & Sime Property Asset Management) has let the 9th floor at 82 King Street, Manchester extending to 562 sqm (6,046 sqft) to Merrill Lynch, this leaves only 501.7 sqm (5,400 sqft) available on the 10th floor.
82 King Street, comprises 7,664.4 sqm (82,500 sqft) of top quality office space and occupies a prime location in the heart of Manchester's business community. It is already home to Bank of England, Chubb Insurance of America and NM Rothschild & Sons.
The Manchester office forms part of a major expansion of Merrill Lynch's private banking business in the UK. The firm has existing operations in London, Edinburgh and Newcastle and plans to open further offices in Dublin, and Leeds.
