3,000 sq ft letting at Hammersmith office building.

Institutional client of Threadneedle, has signed up Finland Trade Centre in its third letting this year at Lyric House, 149 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, west London.

Finland Trade Centre has taken a 2,992 sq ft office suite on the top floor of the six-storey building on a new 10 -year lease at a rent of £87,780pa.

Earlier this year, two other lettings were achieved to marketing company BEcause and environmental advisory and investment firm CF Partners. Turkish Airlines is an existing tenant on the ground floor.
