King Sturge - Industrial Sale - Grangemouth, West Mains Road & Falkirk, Universal Road

Acting on behalf of Forth Valley Enterprise, King Sturge have recently disposed of strategic industrial sites in Falkirk and Grangemouth.

In a deal which consolidates their presence in Grangemouth, Asda plc have secured 2.02 acres at West Mains Road, West Mains Industrial Estate, Grangemouth for the future expansion of their regional distribution facility. Asda paid £140,000 for the site.

A further site of 1.37 acres at Universal Road, Falkirk was sold to a local company which achieved a price of £60,000.
