Centros Miller has let 278.3 sqm (2,996 sqft) at its Vicar Lane shopping centre, Chesterfield to Card Warehouse.

The greetings card retailer has signed a 15-year lease, for the retail unit at a rent of £56,000 pa.

The ground floor comprises 142.97 sqm (1,539 sqft) and the first floor has 135.36 sqm (1,457 sqft) of space.

Centros Miller was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton and Chase & Partners. Blair Kirkman represented Card Warehouse.

The shopping centre development has been funded by Delancey Estates.
