Fisher Hargreaves Proctor - Retail - Nottingham, Bridlesmith Gate

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of RREEF (UK) Limited on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council Pension Fund have completed a pre-letting of 34/36 Bridlesmith Gate to Flannels.

Flannels, who currently occupy part of the premises, are to take a 3 level store totalling some 10,645 sq ft at a rent of £220,000 per annum.

The unit should open prior to Christmas 2000.

David Hargreaves of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor represented the landlords, with Daniel Harris & Co of Manchester representing the tenant.

FHP are now instructed to market a further large unit which will provide a total of 6,233 sq ft on 2 levels with a 40' frontage to Bridlesmith Gate at a rent of £215,000 per annum. This unit will be available in October 2000 for fitting out.
