Mason Philips - Offices Sale - Reading, The Beansheaf Complex

A private investor has bought the freehold interest of The Beansheaf Complex, Theale, Reading, Berkshire from Beansheaf Properties Ltd for £3.5 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 8.1%

Barton Willmore is a major group of architectural, project services town planning and environmental consultants whose head office currently occupies the majority of the 1,550.6 sq m (16,000 sq ft) offices on a 15-year lease. Mayr Melnhof UK Ltd, a packaging company, also occupies part of the complex on a 10-year lease. The total rent for the property is approximately £300,000 pa.

Mason Philips acted for the private investor and Vail Williams represented Beansheaf Properties Ltd.
