GE Capital has sublet its Hounslow depot at Unit D1 Tamian Way to Stagwise Limited, trading as Motor Finance Direct at the passing rent of £104,500 per annum exclusive, subject to a one month rent free period

The property totals approximately 1,660 sq m (17,870 sq-ft.) including 676 sq m of offices. It is located on a self-contained site with prominent road frontage to Green Lane.

The sub-lease will expire simultaneously with GE Capital's head lease in June 2003.
