Northern Foods Pension Fund, advised by Oliver Liggins and Mason Coles, has funded Hawkestone Properties' development of an 18,000 sq ft (1,672 sq m) retail warehouse on Weedon Road Northampton, for £3-million.

The scheme is due for completion in March 1998 when it will be occupied by electrical retailers, Tempo. They have taken a 25-year lease at an annual rental of £216,000.

Hawkstone Properties were represented by Hartnell Taylor Cook.
