Terrace Hill Group has pre-let a 2,322 m² (25,000 sq ft) industrial warehouse at Tannochside Park Enterprise Zone, Uddingston, Glasgow.

SP Tyres (UK) Limited has agreed a 25-year lease for the unit, which is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in December, at a rent of £112,500 pa.

Healey & Baker in Glasgow advised Terrace Hill Group while DTZ represented SP Tyres.
