Friends Provident Property Services - General Appointment -

Sue Bjorkegren has joined FPPS (Friends Provident Property Services) as Property Researcher to lead a property information unit. The new post will assist in the management of the £1.4 billion property portfolio and, reflects the emphasis placed by FPPS on strong internal resources in order to progress its successful asset management strategy.

Starting her career at Guardian Properties, Sue has 15 years experience in property research and consultancy and is perhaps best known for her time at Chartwell Land, where she was Information & Research Manager from 1993-1998.

In addition, Sue, who is 44 years old, set up her own company 'Retail Property Research', from 1991-93, during which time she produced the Central London Shopping Study.
