Booker Group Property has let Unit D, Ransomes Europark, Nacton Road, Ipswich to video cassette storage company, Cinram (UK) Ltd at a rent of £130,625 per annum.

The unit, which comprises 4,000 sq m (43,060 sq ft) of warehouse accommodation, has been let on a five year sub-lease with a rent review at the year 2000.
