Challenge House Sold For £2,087,000 million

GVA Grimley acting on behalf of the marden Group of companies have sold the freehold of Challenge House, Sherwood Drive, Bletchley, Buckinghamshire to Minton Investments Limited for £2,087,000.

Challenge House, located on the edge of Bletchley town centre totals approximately 5,248.85 sq m (56,500 sq ft) of modern offices with a configuration of 32 separate office suites of varying sizes ranging from 55.74 sq m (600 sq ft) to 3,71 6 sq m (4,000 sq ft). The building also has 196 car parking spaces.

Bruce Robinson who runs the Marden Group with his fellow director Philip Chalk said: "This investment has performed well for us in our 3 years of ownership but we are now positioning ourselves more defensively". The Marden Group specialise in higher yielding investments which are syndicated with private pension schemes.
