Creston Land & Estates plc subsidiary Meridian Land has achieved a letting at the Bell Centre at Newton Road, Crawley.

A freight forwarding company, Eagle International, has taken Unit 20, a 142 sq m (1524 sq ft business space building on a five year lease at a rent of £13,000 pa with a tenant only break option at the third year. Eagle International will use the building for freight forwarding to the south east.
