Haslams - Appointment

Jim Attewell has joined the Reading based Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents Haslams as a Consultant.

Jim Attewell, a former equity partner with Scothbrooks and local Director with Prudential Estate Agents, has joined as an advisor to Haslams's expanding New Homes and Land Division.

He will be specialising in the appraisal of sites for residential development, their valuation and disposal generally.

Haslams's Partner Steven Smith added: "Jim Attewell brings to the practice a wealth of experience in the development and new homes sector. He is joining a growing team as our involvement in development land generally and new homes in particular is an increasingly important part of the firm's fee earning activitiy".
