Acting on behalf of LPA Receivers, Catella Property Consultants together with joint agents Kemsley Whiteley and Ferris have sold the 999 year leasehold interest of Unit 19, Barking Business Park to Nightingale International Ltd for £59,000, leaving only 1 more unit available.

A ground rent of £500 per annum was agreed for the two-storey B1 Unit which totals 162.76 sq m (1,752 sq ft).

Nightingale International Ltd were not represented.
