Creston Land & Estates plc subsidiary Meridian Land has sold part of the Bell Centre at Newton Road, Crawley.

Allpoint Offices Supplies have purchased Unit 21, a 142sq m ( 1524 sq ft ) business space building for a price of £140,000. The company will use the building for its main headquarters in the south east.
