Landmaster Properties Ltd, represented by Lee Baron, has purchased a mixed retail and residential investment at 204 - 258 Terminus Road, Eastbourne, Sussex, for £2.7 million.

The parade of 21 shops and 36 flats, purchased from Bradford Property Trust Plc, produces an income of £318,792 pa, reflecting a net initial yield of 11.16%.

Makins Moore and Partners and Tingley Commercial represented the vendors Bradford Property Trust Plc.
