Thomas and Adamson - Industrial Development - Bathgate, Pyramids Business Park

Construction and Property Consultant Thomas and Adamson has been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Planning Supervisor roles on the redevelopment of the former Motorola Building at Bathgate, now re-named Pyramids Business Park.

This ambitious regeneration programme will launch the 500,000ft² building as an integrated centre for business and distribution in the Central Belt of Scotland. Thomas and Adamson’s involvement in Pyramids Business Park will maintain the company’s strong relationship with Scottish Capital Group, and introduces a new client, Henderson Global Investors, as a Joint Venture Partner.

The regeneration of Pyramids Business Park will provide potential occupiers with world class facilities, in a secure campus environment, and provide the area with new and sustainable employment.
