La Bottega del Sole Ltd, represented by Lee Baron, has acquired the ground floor and basement of 323 Fulham Road, London, SW10.

The 138 sq m (1,495 sq ft) retail property has been taken on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £45,000 and will be used by La Bottega del Sole to commence its high class Italian food store and delicatessen operation.
