Key points from the latest report include:

• Net Stock Absorption of offices was 463,986 sq ft for H2 2007. That figure rises to a substantial 739,463 sq ft for 2007 as a whole.

• Take-up in Manchester City Centre (M1-M4, M60) rose to 531,5130 sq ft in H2 2007. Total annual take-up for 2007 was 966,683 sq ft, a rise of 20% year on year.

• Overall availability fell by 3.4% year on year and now stands at its lowest level since 2005.
