Abstract:
De Montfort University has recently completed their 7th survey of lending to the UK commercial property market. The survey reports on the total level of outstanding debt to commercial property and the terms on which those loans have been completed. The survey is updated annually and captures between 90% and 95% of the property lending market. A summary of this year's key findings is available to download from the link below.
