Abstract:
2006 saw Central London Net Stock Absorption (NSA) increase at a greater rate than take-up during the same period. This is clear evidence of expansion driven demand. NSA in 2006 for Central London was 5.4m sq ft, up 74% on 2005, whilst take-up of built space increased by only 4%.
