Abstract:
Net stock absorption of office space in the Birmingham city centre office market has fallen by -3.8% (415,227 sq ft) in the past 12 months. Total occupation stood at 12.2m sq ft at the end of 2005, out of a total office stock of 14.5m sq ft, or an occupation rate of 84.2%. Current occupation stands at 11.7 m sq ft, with the occupation rate falling to 81.7%.
