Selling publications on-line
What it involves
A facility within our site to sell your research and other publications on-line, as long as these are relevant to commercial property. This is how it works:
- You need to register your interest in using the facility as a publisher and we will contact you with details. We will ask you to sign a contract to confirm that you are the publisher of the report and that we may act on your behalf to sell it.
- Once you have returned the signed contract, we will issue you with a password so that you can update your publications at any time.
- Visitors to our site can buy these reports on-line simply by filling in a simple form. If someone buys a report they can download an invoice and pay by credit card or cheque.
- Once we have received payment, we will allow the buyer to download the publication. The terms for the buyer state that they must not resell the publication.
- We will send the publisher a statement each month showing:
- all purchases of each of your publications
- the contact details of the buyers (if they have agreed to this beforehand)
- our invoice for our fee
- payment of your receipts (less our fee).

- No administrative hassle – we do all the work and give you the net proceeds.
- No financial risk – you have no set-up or fixed costs.
- Simple to set up and change your publications whenever you want to.
How much it costs
Our fee is 15% of the selling price, you charge, for each publication and applies only to the number of publications that have actually been paid for by the buyers.
